Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds in the event of attendee or weather cancellation. Under certain circumstances, we will provide a store credit for the ticket price, less the processing fees.  Here are the circumstances:

 

1.  Attendee cancellation 7 days before event will entitle you to a store credit to be used in another event or equipment rental for a self-guided exploration of the river within the current season (generally through mid-October). Anything inside the 7 day window will result in the loss of your ticket and fees paid, as we will have already purchased supplies and scheduled personnel for the event. That said, if you cannot make it to the event, we do allow you to transfer your tickets to other people you know to come in your place.

2.  If there is a cancellation on our part due to weather concerns or unsafe river conditions, we will provide a store credit to be used toward another event or equipment rental for a self-guided exploration of the river within the current season (generally through mid-October).

3.  If you are mean or rude, we are less likely to be accommodating.  Please be kind to us.  We are a small outfit, and we cannot control the weather, the river or nature.  We do our absolute best to keep you informed and make sure the time you have with us is safe and fun.
